To put it plainly, this place is a dump. There were so many things in disrepair in the room that we complained. The clerk just kept saying, “It’s not broken”. .We were all set to get a different room but that one wasn’t much better and it didn’t have hot water! The entire building looks like it has been trashed and it’s filthy. If we hadn’t been so exhausted we would have left. As it was, we ended up propping a desk chair in front of the door to the room as the safety latch was broken.

The room was not clean found food under the bed, in corners of room and where the refrigerator was located! The staff was ok were very helpful and I didn’t feel they were too friendly . The breakfast was not good they didn’t have too many options. Then just to make me an my kids a bit uncomfortable there was an older man sleeping in the lobby and they had a couch made up into a bed right behind the desk .

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable. There were visible stains on the walls, and the linens also had noticeable stains, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was a strong moldy, gas-like odor in the room and hallways. I attempted to contact the front desk to address these issues, but repeatedly received a busy signal and was unable to reach anyone for assistance. The lack of responsiveness only added to the frustration. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here. Basic cleanliness and customer service standards were not met, and it made for a very unpleasant experiences and will not return.

Move two times. Room 216 had heavy Mold on ceiling, management moved us to 215 also had ceiling mold. In both rooms you could see the mold. Room service is every 3 days. Leaving the used bathroom towels along side outside door means no new towels in side the room. You have to go to the front desk for fresh towels. Old hotel not worth the $100.00 price. If you value your health, stay away from this hotel!

The hotel is falling apart. The toilet has rusty bolts on the back of the lid, shower curtain holder is rigged to the wall and the chair in the room looked dirty. Cold air was coming in at bottom of heater we actually had to block with another blanket. The tv has major issues. The Wi-Fi goes out and you have to use 2 different remotes or ur own hot spot. The jacuzzi tub is peeling. We will not be back. The really are over due for an upgrade. So old.

The first room I was booked into had a door that simply would not lock. After informing the front desk about it and them saying they would fix it, it still would not lock when I returned. However, the front desk clerk at that time didn't even hesitate and simply switched me to the room next door. That room was perfectly fine for the rest of the stay. However, even as I was checking out, I checked the old room's door, and it still was not locked. I sure hope they fix that eventually or at least stop renting the room out to people until they do.

It is the worse comfort inn that i stayed. ( it doesnt fit with "comfort inn". ) 1- Internet and TV is not reliable, loosing connectivity every minute or so. 2- Breakfast has nothing - no fruit no juice no yogourt, no egg, ecen the cereals were not refilled, missing cup for the coffee. Look like the guy didnt cate. Dont bothrt to ho. For a night stay

The drapes had stains on them like ketchup. I drapes were faulty. The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower. I did not take a shower.
