Hotel looks ok, but the hallways look cluttered, with some sort of furniture being used to hold doors open. Bathroom had sticky floors, and I killed a few cockroaches, with one already dead on the floor when I checked in. Made my stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Great place to stay

Needed to make a last minute change to my itinerary and the staff was more than accommodating and didn’t charge a cancellation fee for one night that was canceled. Also, there was a problem with the toilet in my original room, but they were quick to move me down the hall. Great customer service!

NOT THE BEST

When I went to check into the hotel, the lobby was packed , there were two ladies at the front desk at first and then one left leaving the other lady there to check in all of these people and when she returned, she decided to get on her phone and not help anyone. The room that I stayed in had a musty smell, the carpet was dirty and the handle on the toilet was broken so you had to keep jiggling it to get the water to fill back up in the tank. I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again..

Never again

The service want good. Didnt have clean towels. The people beside us was very noisy all night long and the front desk did nothing. The shower head barely sprayed water. Room floors were ditry, found rotten food on the floor .

There are people fighting on the 5th floor.Remote doesn’t work and there wasn’t one in the room upon arrival. Very dirty room. Phone doesn’t work had to call on cellphone to get someone for the fight.

Dirty disgusting and smoke smelling

Disgusting dirty hotel. The hallways, elevators all dirty and smelled horrible. The room was horribly dirty and reeked of smoke. The tile floor was sticky and dirty, broken furniture, broken curtains, dead stink bugs. Asked for a change of room but was told none were available. I was offered a can of “Smoke smell remover”, basically a fogger you set off in the room to try and make it tolerable. It worked a little but it was still miserable smelling. Ended up not staying the night and leaving before midnight.

Somewhat disappointed!

Room rate was satisfactory! The door was misaligned so you had to push or slam to close. The toilet leaked somewhat which meant you needed to put a mat down. The bathroom faucet wasn’t stable. The door handle to the closet came off. It needed someone to tighten the screw down. We had no toilet paper for one night. We were given tissues to use. I was told by front desk and housekeepers that there was no toilet paper to be had.

The stay was okay. Just didn’t like how my room had ants, mildew on the lamp shades and the toilet didn’t work so we had to use the lobby restroom.

Hotel had no toilet paper. I mean the WHOLE hotel. This was confirmed by housekeeping staff as well as front desk. I had to use napkins and paper towels from my car. Entryway light in my room was blown. Toilet was wiggling I thought for sure it was going to fall over while I was pooping.

Ok and meh

Overall it wasn’t terrible. In our room the entryway light was blown. The whole establishment was out of toilet paper. I had to use tissues. Not terrible but annoying. The breakfast was ok. There wasn’t a toaster to toast a bagel. The eggs were bland. The new staff member that worked from 3pm until 11pm was fantastic. He was very helpful.

Old doesn’t have to be dirty or shabby.

Peeling wallpaper and marks on walls. Stains on shower curtain. Toilet loose. Toilet paper roll almost empty, no extra roll. Towels thin and small. Pillows tiny. Ice bucket and cups on floor under TV. Couch stained. Hallways, elevator REEKED of marijuana. Kids running around without adults, doors slamming.

Don’t judge a book by the cover.

The room was clean except for the bedbug that decided to join me. I woke up with, what I thought was hives, and now I see the bite line. 3 in a row. Now everything I have with me has to be cleaned before I talent home and my car cleaned out and sprayed. No ironing board, but there was an iron!

Great bed, bad vibes

We stayed here last year and loved it, but this hotel has gone downhill over the last year. While my room was overall clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff were much less friendly this time around. Additionally, while sitting in the lobby, we witnessed an unconscious woman in the hallway be carried away and staff refused to provide any help to emergency services to figure out where she went to ensure her safety after her (hopefully) friends carried her away. Also while sitting in the lobby, water started streaming from the ceiling onto the tables. Paint is peeling all over, there are strange smells mixed in throughout, I asked for a blanket for the sofa bed and was told they ran out, smoke detectors were removed, and my shower became a bath when the stopper continuously fell down. Breakfast was passable although the only sweet employee that I encountered had to help me with the waffle maker since that's also broken. The price was great, but I paid a similar price last year for a much better experience.

Terrible stay at Comfort Suites Innsbrook

Stay was terrible. Stayed from Friday-Sunday as everything in the area was booked and we had a sports tournament. The lady at check-in didn’t even look at us, just asked for my ID, then told me where the elevator was. Didn’t even tell me what room we were in. Hallway reeked of cat/dog urine. Apparently they allow pets. The carpet was dirty and had trash on it all weekend. Never vacuumed. Our air conditioner in our room did not work so our room was about 80° all weekend. I had to go to Walmart and buy a fan for $67.00 just to try to somewhat fall asleep. There was still female (all boys in our room). There was hair in my shower on the curtain. There was trash beside the sofa. We could never get clean towels or wash cloths. Finally, the woman offered to wash our stuff and return it. As if the hotel only owned X amount of towels per room. Take it a step further, the breakfast area was disgusting and the tables were off balance and covered in stickiness and garbage. And finally to top it off, woke up to use the bathroom and there were cockroaches on the walls of my bathroom.
