Hotel is actively building. Convenient parking somewhat limited. No daily cleaning/housekeeping! Housekeeping is only by request! Not well maintained as the toilet rocked back & forth when occupied. Breakfast was adequate /w good selection of “grab & go” items. If I had known about the active building then I would certainly have chosen another place to lodge!!

The room was good and clean. Things could be re done and updated. There were cracks and water marks on the ceiling. The key would hardly work with the door and I had to fight it the whole time but it was a last minute stay and I was happy with the hotel for what it was. It was clean and comfortable. The beds are definitely on the tough side but I sleep on my stomach so that was fine for me. They only give two very small towels, I have long hair and I couldn’t wrap my hair up with the size towel they provided but they were clean. But all in all if I had to stay another night I would not have been too upset.

If you want to experience what it would be like to sleep ON the highway, stay here. The windows are in serious need of updating to help cancel the noise from the highway. Multiple guests were also complaining at the front desk that evening about the noise. We left as there was no manager on duty and nothing could be done to change rooms to try to get less noise. Construction around the building had the phone lines/internet down. Terrible experience. One star is too high for this place

Hotel staff at desk very nice and personable. Breakfast fairly good, hot. Room was fine. Problems: pillows were too hard or way too soft. Bed comfortable. But the highway sounds that came in through the window made sleep impossible. (Needs some kind of dampener in window.) A deal breaker for me. If you can't sleep, I couldn't stay there again.

The city turned off the water for the ongoing construction. The hotel seemed unimpressed with doing anything about it. Kept blaming the city. Come 6am, still no water so no way to take a shower or use the facilities. Very concerning. I had a conference to get ready for. Health and Safety (no fire sprinklers) out the window. With the construction running all night, no sleep having to listen to this. This should have been disclosed upon booking. Absolutely a terrible experience. Don’t feel like I should’ve been forced to pay full charge to only be able to get a couple hours of sleep.

The lady at the front desk has an attitude if you ask her for towels anything about the Wi-Fi? Nobody wants to help you. Nobody wants to do anything if you lock yourself out have fun trying to find a worker to let you in.
