Price is right

Check-in went fine. When we got to our room a couple was arguing extremely loud in the room next to ours. When I reported that to the desk clerk she offered to call and tell those guests they would need to quiet down. Seems the wall insulation isn't the best since after this we could hear the couple talking. Bed was fine. Probably being picky but pillows were too thick for my comfort. The breakfast was excellent.

I have to state the obvious, the smell of the pool and the pool area, being directly adjacent to the lobby, made the lobby smell like a moldy old gym towel. A similar smell seemed to permeate throughout all the hallways in the hotel with the exception of the actual guest room. I was thankful that I only had a single night’s stay.

Location was ok, not walkable to restaurants in cold weather. Hotel needed a little updating. Lobby and eating area were small. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast options were good. Attendant, Richard was super pleasant. The most disappointing part of our stay, pool heater was broken so pool temperature was freezing cold! We had children who could not even get in. Also, everyday, there was a very unpleasant food smell in the hallways.

Hot tub and Pool are disgusting!!!

The room was great the pool and hot tub was horrible, indoor pool was cold no heat at all couldn't swim in it!! Hot tub hadn't been cleaned in who knows when yellow scum in the bubbles yellow bottom it had no smell of chlorine or cleaner of any sort.

I wasn't expecting much but definitely was hoping for more. The pool is not heated, couldn't have been more than 60 degrees. The hot tub had a weird film on top that stopped us from going in. The room was clean, beds decently comfy. Zero water pressure. Breakfast was mediocre, didn't eat it second day after trying it the first. Lots to do in the area, convenient location. For the price, I would chose a different place next time.

Check in was great,felt like she was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good as well, normal buffet style. Gentleman in charge was helpful and friendly.Hot tub water was discolored like dirty and swimming pool does not appear to have a heater as it's very icy (literally like stepping in an early spring lake cold). The pool and hot tub were what had led me to pick this motel to start with. I think what I really disliked and was extremely upset over was my check out. Clerk was very friendly on check out and I was surprised when handed my receipt upon leaving my keys at the desk.I couldn't read it as I didn't have my reading glasses on as I didn't expect a receipt from them. I thought it would be billed thru Travelocity. After I got to my car and on the road I looked at the receipt which was only for my dogs stay. I looked at my Travelocity from my email which I found out that the bill would come directly from the motel instead. I decided to then go to look at my bank statements and discovered the normal $100 extra which is added to bill for incidentals that is then returned after stay is done. The real surprise was that bank statement showed 4 seperate extra charges of $100 each billed to me as well. I called right away and talked to clerk who said it would be removed. I really hope that's correct as I'm not used to a total of an extra $500 being taken from my account. In this case I'm not sure if it's worth a second visit.

Did not have many food options for breakfast. Great dog walking space but no bags available. Nice hot tub/pool. An employee car blocked the sidewalk/walkway for entire time I was there, so you had to walk through rocks to get in hotel in frigid temps.

Would stay here again

Stay was good. Room was very nice. Breakfast was so so. On til 9a.m. but by 8:45 everything was being cleaned up and taken away. Still i would recommend as very nice for the price.
