so you start by walking into a nicer lobby, which is masked with 4 to 5 air sent devices to hide and cover all of the mold. Once you get on the lobby, the main common hallways, and the rooms smell very strong, intense mold. We stayed there in early August when it was extremely hot and humid and you walk into your room and they have zero air circulation going in the rooms which of course led to a very potent mold odor again. Sheets were damn like wet, not fully dried or from lack of air circulation. When we first arrived at the hotel and tried to check in the overnight, staff tried to say they did not have my hotel.com booking and made me pay for the room on site even though the registration was already paid for through hotels.com. That will be my one positive feedback to the hotel is Harry was able to help me get a refund on this. Needless to say, there’s plenty of other options in the area and I would avoid the quality Inn at magee especially if you have kids or family

Smelly but comfortable

Check in was slow, but the desk clerk was nice. The room smelled like a combination of musty socks and curry. No amount to Febreeze was helpful. The carpet felt sticky in front of the air conditioner. Sit gingerly on the toilet. Very loose. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was nice after a long, hot day. If I stay here again I'd request a different room.

Worst Quality Inn ever

Luckily i was real tired or i would have left. Non smoking halway wreaked of weed. Initially opening room smelled mango but soon that dissappeared and rest of stay smelled like a kitty litter box. No water pressure and water was soft. Only possitives were bed comfortable snd they had premium cable channels.

The place had the worst smell in the hall and I did get a smoking room, but it smelled like marijuana so bad. Our shower did not work, above the bathroom mirror where the light is you can see the pipes and ceiling, and all the lamps were covered in rust. The bed was comfortable and the lady at check out was very nice.

We were the only ones to use the pool. Our room had major problems and the lady that checked us in at 2:30 was rude as can be, couldn’t find our reservation with the number, didn’t even type as I gave her the number, charged me 3 times on top of the full amount. The sink was NOT attached to the counter, the sink drained 1/2 the time. The toilet wasn’t attached to the floor and would buck you off of it then slam itself into the wall (there is black mold on the wall where it touches the wall), the last night the toilet quit working completely. The ironing board holder broke off the wall while we were sitting there watching tv. The night lady the second and third night made a list of everything and I provided pictures. The staff was friendly besides the initial experience.
