Place was dirty,whyndam offered early check in and late check out when you book,for a fee but the staff said the property doesn’t and does not honor it.Room was NOT what was booked and staff told me they had a quite room(I did not ask for it but,ok)then put me above the pool next to the stairs and proceeded to let kids run and fight in the halls by the pool until after midnight.never this property again

Sheets were dirty, slept on top of cover. Toilet had a ring around the water, disgusting. No sink stopper. No Kleenex, empty. Broken refrigerator door, couldn’t open properly. Coffee had offer grounds in the cup. Only cereal and milk for breakfast. Plug outlets didn’t hold a plug. Really run down. Wouldn’t dare use the heater. Didn’t take a shower. Never going back.

If you’re booking and the breakfast is included/listed, call to confirm what the food actually is. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because breakfast was included and at checkin, I was informed the owner is phasing out breakfast and that it would be minimal. There were 2 cereal options offered at breakfast and that’s it. No food beyond that. Also the hot tub was broken, another reason we picked this hotel, so call/ask about that first, of thats something your filtering for. The location is great, the hotel is entirely old and run down. There was a woman who checked me in who was super helpful and very nice. The other front desk gentleman was not helpful.

Seems this hotel is in the middle of a facelift from motel to hotel-ish. Room was aesthetically pleasing but towels were flimsy and old. The shower squealed during each shower. The hallways smelled of cleaning supplies with a slight aroma of cigarette smoke. No elevator. Breakfast is being phased out and at current only offered cereal and toast. My teenager went to the pool and said it felt icky and the hot tub was cold. This place works if all you need is a clean place to sleep but if your needs exceed that, this isn’t the place.

I guess you get what you pay for lol. Hotel and rooms look better online in the pictures. The rooms shower was old yellow and a big crack in it also had hair from the previous stay on the floor and left on the lotion bottle. There were no outlets near the beds to charge devices and have them close by. The hot tub was more like a cold plunge pool. The breakfast consisted of two cereal options one was very stale, they said toast would be available but must be first come first served because it was not restocked.
