Desk agent was fine. Lobby smelled weird. Elevator was slow, creaky, and it bad condition. Walls were damaged, door didn’t close all the way unless security latch was on. And, the tv in the room didn’t work either. Not an overall great experience. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

The room was perfect. I loved having coffee and tea in my room to make. The bed was so comfy. Nice and quiet at night. The young man who was in charge of breakfast did an outstanding job keeping up with all the peoples needs. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was perfect for us . We came to watch the Padres and loved that we could walk to the park to watch them. We will definately be back!! The Ostbergs

Overall, it was a decent hotel. Very friendly staff at check in despite it being almost 11pm. Decent bed and large room. Downsides, burnt out light over the shower and the side door from the parking lot was not locked (latch broken).

The staff was very courteous. Hotel is older, and in need of updating a repair. Our hide-a-bed had an old mattress cover that had holes and didn’t appear to have been washed. I did call the front desk and they quickly brought up a brand new mattress cover. The air conditioner did not work well and it was difficult to manage the room temperature. Also, this hotel directly backs up to a major freeway, so freeway noise is very prominent.

The room was spacious. The charging plugs and electrical plugs by the beds were broken or too worn to hold a plug in. The second nigh the room keys for at least everyone on our floor were reset. The elevator didn't appear to have a recent inspection card and the doors open very, very slowly. There are ice buckets in the room, but no ice machine on the floor. It was an adequate stay.

Night staff was very attentive and helpful. I liked that they conversation with us and we felt welcomed. The room was clean, however, it had a funny odor and we needed to keep the window open. The curtains were broken and we weren't able to sleep due to the bright lights shining inside. Tje first night was nice and quiet. The second night was very loud due to cars racing or running their motors too loudly.
