Hotel was in a great location. 10 minute walk to French Quarter. Hotel seemed nicely upkept. Only thing I noticed was the Starbucks left food in glass and there were constantly fruit flies in cabinet. Also speaking with front desk staff they apparently consistently overbook rooms. We tried to stay another night and they said both days we check if a room was open that there were 9 reservations they had with no rooms to assign. Should they show up to check-in they’re responsible to transferring them to a sister property.

I enjoyed my weekend at this hotel. It was conveniently located to the Mardi Gras festivities, the room was spacious, & the staff was great. My only gripe would be the rate for parking, but considering it’s in a parking prime area the rate was comparable to other parking options in the area, & there was in & out privileges that didn’t effect the rate. I’m just an older person that remembers when hotel parking used to be free for guests so that’s why it’s a gripe, otherwise I highly recommend this hotel, & would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is located in the warehouse District, which is within walking distance of the quarter and for that reason is a good location. Based on the pricing of the hotel, and the amenities provided as well as the loudness on the street during the night, this would not be a return hotel for us. For some strange reason, complementary or even water to buy was not provided in our hotel room.
