The staff was very friendly and wonderful besides one housekeeper that was fairly irritated I asked for two wash cloths (we stayed 4 nights and housekeeping hadn't came yet when I was ready to shower before leaving) and a front desk guy that shouldn't work up front if he can't put on a face for customers. The first morning I asked if there was coffee since the bistro was closed due to short staff. He motioned to some coffee. I walked over there and there were no cups, so I asked if there were cups somewhere else. He was irritated because someone didn't put cups out. Then I asked if the bistro was open and he said "I don't know, they don't tell me anything". Then he snapped at another lady that asked about coffee with the same irritated response I had gotten. This guy didn't know customer service takes a smile and nice tone with customers even if you're having a bad day.
The Bistro, which is the only breakfast/coffee option besides the prepackaged stuff they sell, was very inconsistent with staffing and hours. Every morning it was a different way of me getting coffee 😅 as a hungover festival goer, coffee was a must. Thankfully, the staff, whether cranky or super friendly, cake through with something hot and caffeinated each time.
The balcony was an awesome addition and the main reason for booking lol
