The heat in room 114 sounded like it was going to blow up. Each time it went off it sounded like someone was throwing rocks at the window which happened every 15mins for the entire night. Also requested additional towels and was told that housekeeping was off for the night and that none would be available until after 12pm on the day of checkout.
