My sister and I are on a 2 week road trip and stayed here for two nights, the exterior of this motel does t do the interior justice. We had a nice firm king bed, fridge and microwave and a table and two comfy chairs. Front desk folks were really kind. A really good Mexican restaurant is next door. Highly recommend.

Staff was great and friendly. The pool was maintained well and very clean. The laundry room had 2 out 3 washers out of order and 2 out of 3 dryers down as well. If your room is on the second floor and the back side, expect to walk, as the stairs are on the ends and on the front.

We spent three nights while touring Mesa Verde, Hovenweep and Canyon of the Ancients (all fantastic). The room was advertised as having two queen beds, but they must have shrunk substantially. The room was also quite small, and the hotel has an unsecured wireless, which is a no-go for us. We had a room toward the back where we witnessed an altercation which made us call in law enforcement. It was also pretty loud as we had noisy neighbors/the rooms are not sound-insulated well. The breakfast was okay, and the location was good for accessing Mesa Verde. The pool was, of course, closed.

The local lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was decorated so cute! I loved the yellow and the floral prints! We didn’t use the hot tub or the pool, but they looked inviting. It’s located at the edge of town, which was convenient because we booked Mesa Verda Pueblo tours. We enjoyed our stay! I was disappointed they didn’t offer GF cereal or GF options for breakfast other than apples & bananas. They didn’t have protein options either. Nice place for the price though.
