We did not complete a stay here. Our flight was delayed several hours and we were late. Didn't realize that the airport shuttle was only from the Miami airport and it was cost prohibitive to get a taxi to take us to the hotel. We had to get a hotel closer to the Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Hotel is convenient, but the walls are thinner than a sheet of paper. I could CLEARLY hear phone conversations on both sides. Ground floor doors also have about a inch gap that allows insects or other things to crawn in your room. I RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER HOTEL unless the above is suitable or an emergency situation.

I reserved a room at your hotel for 1 night 3/7 - 3/8 for my 3 daughters. I chose THIS hotel based on the website showing a free shuttle offered from airport to hotel AND from hotel to cruise port as they departed on a cruise 3/8. They were unable to locate the shuttle at the airport. They called to confirm the location and after waiting for some time they had to uber. The next day when they checked out and asked about the shuttle to the port, they were told that they had to make a reservation upon check in and there wasn't any space left. There was nothing on the website that showed a reservation at check in was required. There was no mention from the front desk at check in either. Again, they had to pay to take an uber to the port. The room was not AT ALL in line with the pricing. The ONLY reason I looked pass the near $300/nt price tag FOR THIS HOTEL -- was because these shuttles were SUPPOSED to be included. Instead the quality of room they got wasn't up to par AND I had to pay additional money. They turned on the A/C unit and it started SMOKING. There were dead bugs in the room (like a housekeeper skipped it for some time) and the sheets were DIRTY. The hotel has yet to respond to my concerns. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Passamos por uma situação terrível no hotel, reservei o hotel pelo fato de ter carona para o porto de Miami, fiz a reserva com antecedência na recepção com uma ótima funcionaria, porém no dia de pegar a carona havia outra funcionaria que não quis deixar eu e minha familia pegar a carona, fez de tudo para que perdese-mos o cruzeiro, foi uma confusão e muito desgastante para resolver a situação. Portanto, o hotel é ok mas os funcionários é nota zero!

The floor of our room was filthy, you walk across and have to brush your feet off. One had to kick the door open to get in, the bathroom door latch was broken. To get to the other side of the bed you had to climb over because the dresser was at the foot of the bed, zero room to go around. If you have a flight before 8am, the shuttle is useless, they don't start until 6am. FYI, Uber is $20! Wyndham has really let me down.

Nice local to the airport. The only thing at all is the cruise port is first come first serve so if you get there too late you end up on one of the last trips over so if you have an early time you might be in trouble.

The rooms were clean but we had a gap under the outside door that was questionable that any critter could crawl through. The property was diffently worn down. Shows they have a restaurant on premises however thats been closed for some time. We booked room for airport shuttle however we needed it earlier than the time began, so that was useless. I would not stay there again. The area is also questionable.

We booked a king size bed and got a queen. The bathroom was tiny and there was no place to even put a toothbrush. The bathroom door wouldn’t close.the blow dryer was melted on the tip. There was a crack in the toilet bowl cover. There were only steps to the second floor. We had a terrible time getting our heavy suitcases up there. The whole hotel is very dreary inside.i had to walk a mile to get to the ice machine.

Paying $500 for only 3 days and getting an dead roach infested room is unacceptable. I thought that's the reason why check in is at 3. To clean and have the room ready. Been traveling for 3 years and this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at. The staff is great though and very accommodating.

Toilet did not work in first room. Moved to another room and TV did not work. Then the toilet in the second room dis not work in the second room the next morning. Only saving grace was the 35% discount they gave us for our problems.
