These people are rude unfriendly and could care less about you or your business. Staff except cleaning girls act like they hate the country and even running a hotel.Managment belittle employees seenitt myself.Change happens alot because im sure low pay and have to deal toxic environment with unhealthy attitudes. Rooms run down had stsined blackbwash cloth and no coffee in the rooms and good luck getting any before 11am.Mostly rent immigrants parking lit full of their vehicles. Stayed here for weeks at a time act like never seen you before think can boss you around and guve terrible servuce

Found a German cockroach in the bathroom when we first got there. It was the only one we saw, but still gross. Beds are not comfy and squeak when you move on them. Pillows are old and hard as well. Poor sleep quality per my smartwatch. It was the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for.

Upon check in. I waited almost 20 mins. Granted it was 11:30 at night. I had to call the customer service line to even get someone to come to the desk. It took the customer service people calling the property for them to finally come and check us in. I wasn’t very happy about having to wait for them to come to the desk for check in. Someone should always be at the front to check people in even if it’s 11:30 at night in my opinion. I always use red roof in for my stays cause I like the rooms and it’s affordable. But sometimes affordability isn’t always the best to go if you don’t get the service you deserve. They need to fix the front desk problem.

Disgusting dirty rooms with stained floors and sheets. Made me pay for one night and did not stay after seeing two rooms. Horrible customer service from manager refusing to refund when did not stay in any of the disgusting filthy rooms with overflowing garbage in the garbage cans outside the rooms

Shower was older, door drug the floor, musky smell, beds felt damp, my kids counted 7 beer bottle caps on the steps and up to our room, laundry carts setting outside with linens in them all night.

Room was mostly clean with the exception of some dirty towels found on the hook on bathroom door. Sheets could be cleaner, some stains. Otherwise, it was okay for a 1 night stay.
