The bathroom door does not shut due to door trim damage. The toilet seat slides around and the tank lid is not a proper fit. There is No.Trash.Can!! For a no smoking establishment, why did room smell like weed when first entered? A few moments of running the fan cleared that up. It was loud outside the room next door, possibly from the office at 11:30 at night!

Horrible stay away

Horrible. Was supposed to get a deluxe room shows couch etc for more. Got into the room nothing but the bed and tables. Towels we stained and old from use- only got two of those for my husband and I. Pillows were almost non existent. I wouldn’t even call them pillows, looks like putting lipstick on a pig. Used shower stuff left in the shower so you can see they didn’t replenish that. Blood spots on the sheets. Floors were dirty, paint flecks all over. No we didn’t stay we left.

Needs complete overhaul

The room was run down, the bed sheets had stains. The mattress was wore out all the furniture was run down . I think I would have did better just sleeping in my car. And it's going on over a week and no refund yet.

Room 301… heat didn’t work so I asked for another room so he gives me 320 so I took a nap and woke up to use the bathroom then here it is toilet overflowing so I asked for another room then he says how bout I refund you for the week that you paid for I said why all I need is a room with functional things. He was very inconsiderate and those rooms are filthy, especially those towels and bed yuck.

Please don’t waste your time.

I was amazed that this hotel is associated with Wyndham, because it’s just that horrible: - TVs don’t work - I was moved to another room that reeked of cigarette smoke in which the TV did work, but the water didn’t - My room didn’t have towels. Guy at the front desk went to a community area across from the desk and grabbed a couple of thin, dingy grey towels - Moved back to my original room (still w/o a working TV). Front desk claimed manager was bringing a TV that never came - I left an item in one of the switched rooms. Asked if I could retrieve, front desk claimed it was never there - Potential room switches had holes in the walls, and the TVs didn’t work either (hence the reason I was switched back to my original room). - Asked for any type of rebate due to being inconvenienced during the trip, was told since I paid online, I would not be eligible for any rebate. - My son was itching the day we left. Got home and there were HUGE sores all over his back and legs. Of course no hotel will admit they have bugs, but this one definitely does. This hotel is absolutely disgusting and should be condemned.

My stay at a filthy decrepit room.

Decrepit very dirty and unsanitary room. I would give this place in Canton/Livonia zero stars. I was very afraid of getting sick from the filth on the door, toilet, tub, wall, microwave, and fridge. The floors underspending and mopped. Basically not a place for even a animal to stay in. The sheets had a bad smell as though it wasn’t washed. A small amount of pictures will explain just less than half of what this let me post.
A large crumb of something that I didn’t want to touch. And walls and appliances filthy dirty of the pictures that didn’t let my photos come through.
Spot on shower curtain with the tub and toilet were 100% even more disgusting
