Fantastic stay—highly recommend!We had an amazing experience at this hotel. It is located just 20 minutes outside of Old Quebec, which was incredibly convenient. Staying here saved us a lot of money on parking, and we loved avoiding the hassle of driving through city traffic. Our one-king-bed suite with a sofa bed was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very spacious. The complimentary breakfast each morning was hot and a huge time saver. lots of options, different types of eggs, pork and turkey sausage, bacon, lots of bread choices, cereal. I’m a big coffee person, the coffee was very good and fresh. After long days of walking, hiking, and exploring, relaxing in the hot tub was the absolute best part. The service was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again

We checked in an hour late, the staff were curt, but not disrespectful. When we arrived in the hotel room we were surprised by the foul smell (a mixture of food and body odor). Additionally, the room overlooked the Porte-cochère, resulting in a view obscured by the Porte-cochère itself. Given we paid for a suite, we expected a normal window view, even if it is of the roadway or another building. The room did not have central air conditioning, with both of the room AC units damaged and very old. Both AC's were very loud noises when on resulting in no sleep or hot rooms. When we attempted to get the room changed, without looking the staff member said there were no other rooms. Perhaps he already knew, but it felt like he just didn't want to be bothered. We had just stayed at the same brand hotel in Montreal and had a completely different (better) experience. I will note the staff the next day was far more friendlier and accommodating.
