Good location.

Convenient location on beach boardwalk and good restaurant right across the street. Parking lot close to rooms. We stay there twice a year when driving back and forth on the East Coast.

Worst Hotel experience!!!

Room was dirty. Paint chips and spackle on the floor. It wasn’t vacuumed. Beer cans behind the night stand. I told front desk and they said they would take care of it. Two day stay and it was never cleaned. They didn’t clean room or even bring sheets for the next day. They said no manager in duty nor was there anyone to call.

Down by the sea shore

My stay was two nights durning off season surprisingly there were still a lot of people visiting what beach and the room was perfect right facing the water the owner and his wife ran the place and these are really good community people they genuinely care about there guests and not for a sec had me waiting thanks ocean 27 hotel I had a great trip and you can’t beat that price right Btw those pictures were take from my balcony of my hotel room Please be aware there are no elevators only steps so long as that’s not an issue well then save the money and go here

Not good

Your basic flophouse. AC broken, heat broken, ice machine broken. 50° in my room. Outside the room is a nightmare. Other guests are smoking weed, tossing garbage everywhere and of a general low class. Couple next to me screaming and throwing things at each other 40 hours straight. I considered calling the police. Disgusting, ghetto, repulsive hotel.

While, I am definitely someone that understands not everything will be perfect or close to it, however this hotel was not up to my standards. I was on a week long solo trip and just wanted a place to sleep and shower. This place gave me motel in a deserted town vibes. The price was ok but if you are looking for something more comfortable and up to par this is not the place. I honestly slept in bed with clothes on.

Nice smaller hotel surrounded by bigger ones.

This hotel was such a great find among the larger hotels. All rooms are beach front. Great sunrise. Couple 100 yards from the Neptune statue which was awesome! I’m sure Virginia Beach is hopping in the summer but off season was relaxing.

Hot and uncomfortable!, but nice view

The air conditioner did not work in the room and the weather was well in the 80's this weekend and all the icemachine on the floors were broken!! There was no ice. The manager said the man that delivers the ice had not came. After checking out I ran into someone else who was staying on the 3rd floor who said his air-condition did not work either and he was uncomfortable and very miserable all night too. Only thing the manager told us was we weren't getting a refund!!
