Was told that they had a shortage of towels, so my room didnt have any. Also booked a king size bed and was given 2 queens. Air conditioner was also broken.

As arriving at the hotel, I went to the front desk. I was standing while the male and female attendees at the front desk were chatting, I said "hello" to get their attention. The young girl answered me back in a very rude way. As we walked through the hallways, one could smell the urine and see the filth all over. The room was disgusting, the sheets had holes on them. My friend went to the front desk to ask for hangers to hang the clothes. He was told, that they dont provide them because people steal the hanges. My friend asked the male attendance "what can I do", to what the male attendance reply "That's your problem, not mine." Well after that, since it was late, we called Hotels. com. They worked with was and reimbursed us the money. We only paid for one night.

Damaged door, peep hole covered with a napkin, rusty microwave, no shelves on refrigerador, electric plugs not working, stain on toilet and bath tub uncomfortable mattress, stained and broken curtains dirty windows dresser and night stand broken, smell musty and like they smoke mariguana in the room, light in bathroom not working, TV worked fine but remote battery cover missing. room 125

I believe is one of the worst things that has happened to me the room was so smelly a cigar that my entire clothes fue that smell impregnated, the floor was so sticky, the air system was broken one the worst places

The floor and fixtures were clean. The bed was clean but smelled of stale cigarettes. The chair was broken. The room smelled of cigarettes. However, the parking lot appeared to be watched over by security patrol. We spent less than a hundred dollars and got what we needed: a bed and a bathroom. Breakfast was not included but there was a great diner just around the corner within walking distance. And we were a few minutes from the shore.

Hi. This was TRULY a case of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. We'll start with the bathroom. There were no handles in the tub/shower, due to them both haven been broken off. The tub was also incredibly soiled on the standing surface. There was one toilet paper roll, and two medium sized towels, which were off-white due to them not being washed thoroughly. The reservation for a hotel room was not offering the hospital room because the credit card machine was down and I could not pay with a credit card and was told I had to put $100 deposit down also after already paying the extra on the credit card to ensure the war room was held for me for when I got there I still had to pay $100 for another room much worse already the curtains had either blood or feces on the curtain is it the Bluetooth had blood drives on the seat on the floor was a used Band-Aid in your head in the mirror also had writing on it with numbers of prostitutes Altogether, my experience was terrible is that wasn’t the clerk was also telling me it’s not from them is from corporate I would like something done about this. This was his reason please help. Thank you very very

Avoid this place like the plauge. It was filthy, broken bathroom door and mold on the tub. Blood on the curtains and bathroom wall. Burn holes in the curtains and sheets. Stained lamp shades, the floor was disgusting, the dresser was destroyed, given a super thin blanket, 2 pillows and 2 sheets. Some guy was checking in with what I could only think was a hokker, because he left an hour later and didn't come back. No pets allowed, but little yippy dogs above us.
