The WIFI is terrible and it and it will disconnect in middle of work. When I called the front desk they had no idea what I was talking about. Also , the I paid in full prior to arrival. but when arrived there at the hotel I was charged extra $25 for parking. We were never told about the parking charge.

Theres only 2 microwaves for the whole hotel that is at the main entrance one was not working properly, and 2 vending machines. The pool had no towels and was dirty around the rims we had to wait an hour to get towels. There was a note saying they washed the towels every 3 days The Elevator smelled and the rooms were outdated with dirty carpets. There was no shampoo to give for 4 people.The ac was making noises and did not work properly. There was no fridge in the rooms unless u want a extra charge. There were only 2 luggage carriers in the whole building. The water they give u is charged if opened. There is no option to add your netflix or your prime menbership. They charhe for parking. Three people came in the room without knocking before our check out time. This was the worst experience i have had in staying in hotels . I do not recommended

Hallways are terrible. Breakfast is a joke. I have a very good breakfast in this hotel about 2 years back in their IHOP. I thought the same and went with family and ordered same items. The pan cakes from McDonald’s is far better than here. I don’t believe these are ihop standards in any way. Something is not right. Pancakes seemed to be frozen and warmed in microwave, very thin slices, prefer McDonald than here. Scrambled egg was actually a one piece omelet which was another surprise and a joke for ihop. Never suggest anyone go to their breakfast…nothing but ripping off customers.
