We’re on vacation and we did have accommodations already sent at the aloft. However, unexpectedly, we had to check in for seasons hotel unexpectedly. We were absolutely excited that we were checking in in the middle of the night . Upon checking in, we were greeted with the best of the best of customer service for the hotel chain absolutely understanding very polite lady that just was a blessing to meet. I did ask for an extended stay and she granted because we were absolutely tired and exhausted . After she honored our request for an late check out, we went to our room and upon even opening the door, the hotel room, smelled of awful mildew and undescribable odor. I attempted to look over the flaw of the room took a shower and woke up hours later with a migraine headache like you wouldn’t believe due to the smell of the room unfortunately, we left the room extremely early and absolutely begged aloft hotel to let us in because I had to go to sleep/rest in the parking lot of Crown Plaza. My headache soon subsided I was just beyond frustrated with the fact, we paid for a room that made me sick and I could not enjoy.
