A Perfect Stay at Maximilian Hotel, Prague

From the moment I arrived at the Maximilian Hotel, I knew I had made the right choice—again. This was my second visit to Prague and my second stay at the Maximilian. Nestled in the heart of Prague, it’s just a short stroll to the iconic Astronomical Clock, Old Town Square, and the winding cobbled streets that give the city its timeless charm. Being able to explore Prague’s most treasured sights without the need for transport made the experience all the more seamless and enjoyable. But what truly elevates the Maximilian is its staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness are absolutely exceptional. From front desk to housekeeping, every interaction was marked by grace and genuine care. Their manners are second to none, making you feel welcomed and valued from the moment you walk through the door. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail—from the elegant furnishings to the calming ambiance—is curated with an evident sense of care and sophistication. My room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days spent exploring the city. One moment in particular captured the spirit of the Maximilian. I stayed over my birthday weekend, and without any mention or request, the staff surprised me by leaving a lovely birthday cake, a bottle of champagne, and a a personal note in my room. It was a deeply touching and memorable gesture that speaks volumes about their dedication to guest experience. 5 stars!!

Très bon choix pour Prague

Très bel hôtel, personnel très aimable, bon confort, très bien situé pour visiter Prague, situé dans un quartier calme. Un problème de pression sur l’ eau froide au lavabo qui n’ a pas été résolu lors de nos 4 nuits de présence, l établissement m’ a proposé de changer de chambre pour la 3 eme nuit, mais ce n était pas si gênant même si la réparation n’ a pu se faire, nous avons eu deux boissons offertes en compensation. Buffet du petit déjeuner varié et bon, dîner possible à la brasserie, felicitations à la jeune femme en charge du service brasserie très professionnelle et souriante.

Fantastic hotel in a great location

We stayed for my brothers stag party, the hotel was very clean and tidy and the service was fantastic! There’s a great coffee shop within the hotel which served great coffee and pastries. I will definitely look to return with my wife. The hotel is in a great location on the edge of the main square and 10 minutes walk from the shopping Centre.

Room and location were great. The hotel is new and modern. My room was quiet as it was off the street. I never heard noise from my neighbors. The only issues were the pillows were thin and not very comfortable. Also, the heat wanted to keep the room at 23 Celsius and would not get lower than that. I ended up turning it off and the room did not get cold, even though it was in the low very cold in January

We had a great stay and would go back

Staff were amazing. Maryana and the other girls from front desk very welcoming and friendly. The smal restaurant staff at the entrance was also great, with a very friendly manager. Location is perfect, near the attractions but not in a crowded street. I spent my birthday there and it was very special. Thanks to all at Maximilian for taking care of us.
