老飯店一家，沒lift，我分幾次把三個行李箱抬到2nd floor（就是3樓），已經很熱，飯店室內都是封閉式的，窗不開，沒冷氣，我走到3樓已經開始缺氧，頭暈，進到房間，當然也是沒冷氣，開始傻眼，房間有一個窗，只有上面一條小縫隙可以打開，打開後外面的惡臭味全部飄進來，外面估計是養羊養牛或者種植什麼，不會有下次再來到這家飯店，送的也不來。

We had an enjoyable stay and found all staff extremely efficient and helpful. The shower in our room was not working the first night but this was quickly remedied the next day. Unfortunately the lift was not working the 2 nights we were there. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but the communal areas are delightful and have plenty of seating

Hotel is so nice, very luxurious, new interior design is just fab. Rooms are massive, comfortable and hotel does own a spacious parking lot. There is a bus station close by so you can leave your car and get to town by bus.

Stayed here whilst visiting York, fantastic value for money, great staff and you can see big investment in the hotel. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Ample free parking with disabled spaces and a dedicated area for bikes and motorcycles close to the main entrance. Checking in was quick. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar and lounge areas were spacious and comfortable. Bar staff seemed a bit inexperienced and in need of training or supervision. We were there for an Army reunion which included a gala dinner for more than forty of us which was the highlight of the weekend. The quality of the food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Hats off to the Chef. The rooms were a bit tired and the furniture a bit tatty but everything worked, was serviceable and comfortable. The cost was very competitive to similar hotels in the area and I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

The hotel offers a fantastic buffet breakfast which we truly enjoyed. The room was very spacious, quiet and very clean. All amenities work and we were provided toiletries and towels to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We just wish the hotel had better transportation links at night from the city centre but this is not to blame on the hotel, just make note as you stay that you may need to walk and/or hire taxi/ubers to move in and out of the hotel depending on the time of the day. The staff was very friendly and they allow dogs in the hotel which is amazing; we’ll make sure to return with our furry one next time!

We had a room thay had not been updated mattress was really hard furniture was all tatty and the bathroom did need a good update as the shower was hard to put on and turn off . They could do wwith a small comfortable sofa in the room instead of a small table and 2 unconfirtable chairs as if yiu need a desk to work at one was provided albeit the chair was falling apart, but staff were lovely and bar prices werent too bad . Very dusty under the tv when we moved it roubd for a better view We dont now why we were put in this room as the hotel was not really busy we probably could have been moved if we have moaned but after a 4 1/2 hour drive we just wanted to rest and have a chill.
