The hotel furnishings are “tired” but everything was super clean. The staff were all amazing. Every single person I was privileged to talk to, were warm and friendly and truly helpful. The kids loved the pool. I love that it was indoor so the could use it during the cold weather. The included breakfast helped our family to afford our trip. The location of the hotel is wonderful, with so many places to eat and shop within a 5 minute walk.

This is an older building though it is in good mechanical condition and many areas have been updated. The whirlpool is older but great top use after a long day! Staff is very hospitable and friendly, quick to answer any question or step in when I needed a bit of guidance. Breakfast is adequate with some day-to-day variety. Indications are that some changes are in process. Coffee was consistently great every morning! ( I take mine black.) Suite was clean, roomy and really quite a delight. Though this stay (our 2nd) was near the elevator nights were quiet.

The complementary soap in the shower was near empty on day 1. The hot tub was nice after a long day. Staff was very friendly. Outside was VERY noisy around 5-6am with what I think was a trash dump truck emptying dumpsters. This happened multiple mornings
