Not in great condition. Mould in the bathroom, no light bulb in a lamp, the cupboards bolted down, and a very springy bed. But sticky and some ants. Great location so able to get out to London attractions quickly which was main reason for purchase. For a cheaper stay than other accommodation close by, but wouldn't book this for a luxury getaway that's for sure.

Not a good hotel. Door had been kicked in and mended badly. TV didn’t work. Filthy. Staff had a loud conversation outside my window every hour during the night.

Este hotel es solo para llegar a dormir, no dan ganas de de bañarse, los baños se ven viejos y en mal estado aunque si sale agua caliente. La ubicación es buena ya que cerca se puede tomar el bus o el metro. Muy cerca del museo

The room was not a great room. Overgrown trees coming through windows. Staff were not helpful tv didnt work mould all over the shower curtain No hot water for shower! Funny smells on the corridors

Stayed 2 nights. Rooms are ok, but mould in bathroom. The matress is too soft. Its not a place you go to spend time in the room only sleep. Location is good. Would find another place next time.

We stayed here for 3 nights. At first, I was a little nervous but it ended up being a good trip. The two gentlemen who work at the front are friendly and attentive. They were able to hold our luggage when we arrived early and were always kind when I needed something. We did stay at one of their family rooms with a private bathroom in the ground level. The state of the room can be improved and is quite quirky. The carpet, walls, and fixture are aged. The curtains couldn’t be drawn all the way and would recommend an eye cover. The beds were actually not bad and found them to be comfortable after a long day of walking. The linens and towels were clean. The small 3 piece combo shower was adequate. The shower had good pressure and was warm! The toilet was really annoying though cause it took a long time to refill to flush. I wish there were more hooks in the bathroom. I would recommend bringing slippers/thongs as the bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. There was a small heat wave during our stay. The room gets pretty stuffy and hot but they were able to get us a fan which helped. I would only recommend this place if you’re on a budget and want to stay at a prime location. It’s a good stay if all you need is a place to sleep and shower.

Hotel très bien situé pour rayonner à pied dans les principaux quartier. British museum a 3mn, fabuleux ! Chambre correcte vu le prix pour Londres, propreté sdbains douteuse. Personnel très chaleureux.

Heating was left on and was unbearable with no way of turning off directly in the room, even after speaking to the front desk. Unclean, very noisy from other guests slamming doors at all hours, en-suite was tiny, smaller than a caravan toilet/shower. Not worth the money.

Really bad - just avoid Poorly fitted out. Nothing like the photos and not worth it. God knows why some people have given 10/10 reviews - ignore them and read the 2/10 ones which sum it up. Left after one night
