It was a good stay. You have everything you need around.

First, upon arrival, the staff were not very welcoming. Then, when we went to our room, the bed closer to the door had a very dirty top comforter. After having to have that replaced, we then realized the bed itself had a urine smell at the right foot of the bed. When housekeeping arrived the next morning, they, with my son's help, flipped the bed to the other side. Then there was a large sweat stain all over it and blood spots at the foot of the bed. The floor left our feet black each night, and the fixtures were dirty. The AC unit had dried material resembling feces in the vent and the room, despite running the AC and then the heat, never felt like the humidity went down. The beds were so hard it gave backaches. The last night they held a party with music so loud nobody could sleep until after midnight. The only positives were the shower head functioning, shampoo and bodywash, breakfast days 2 and 3, and the fitness room. Otherwise, we were not happy with much of our experience.

Había algún tipo de trabajo de construcción en el hotel, la regadera estaba descompuesta y todo el agua se salía de la tina haciendo que el baño se llenara de agua por todos lados al usarla. Nos dieron alguna toallas pero al día siguiente arreglaron la regadera y las toalla en el piso se veían pisadas por el staff, no se tomaron la molestia por parte del servicio de limpieza de retirar al menos las toallas y ponernos unas nuevas. Al preguntar por qué no se había hecho la limpieza, nos dijeron que se hacía cada dos días pero con el problema de la regadera, considero que no tuvieron la iniciativa de hacerla antes después de todo el agua que teníamos en el baño. La alfombra de la habitación estaba súper sucia. Mal olor en general. Uno de los elevadores no servía correctamente…

Room was okay had a musty smell so we had to keep the AC on high. Bed was good and floor was quiet despite the large number of children in the hotel. Bfasr was not as expected compared to other Hampton hotels we have stayed at before. Elevators were slow and 1 of 2 not funcrional.

A estrutura do hotel é normal e conhecida para os padroes americanos. Para mim, só deixou a desejar na limpeza dos carpetes, tanto do quarto quanto da parte interna do hotel, os corredores dos quatos estavam terrivelmente sujos. Fora isso, tudo ótimo.

Hotel is old, tired and dated in need of a refurbishment. On check in day, I was left standing at the desk for 10-15 minutes while staff were chatting in the back office, I could hear them laughing and chatting. Once they realised I was served promptly. Everything for breakfast served with disposable plates/bowls/cups and plastic cutlery. Not very environmentally focussed. Breakfast was basic and not very well laid out, caused hold ups, with no real system. Not what I would expect from the Hilton Group. Won’t stay there again. Pool area was nice but no towels present, had to keep requesting towels from housekeeping. Key recognition system cancelled everyone’s access on 28th March so could not get into hotel or rooms had to get keys reprogrammed. Disappointing stay overall.
