WE wont be staying again, the condition of the rooms, pool were in desperate need of repairs and a make over. curtains were ripped, draws broken, kitchen appliances missing and dirty. and the swimming pool was in major need of upkeep. I was in Canberra for a family reunion, with other family members staying in the same complex. I was dismayed to receive a text when I was only 30 mins from my destination to say I had been moved to another property, due to renovations! I rang to express my concern and my son went down to reception to reiterate my need to stay there. That was fortunattely resolved. The stay itself was comfortable and pleasant, however, even if a 'serviced apartment', I would expect the room to be vacuumed each day, which it was not.
