Stay Away

Very disappointed and disgusted with my stay. The pull out coach had the most disgusting mattress. I bought it to front desk’s attention. They wanted to offer me another room to split my family up . We’re not from the area and felt uncomfortable sleeping in separate rooms. Told me he would have to see if his manager could do something.Which he never spoke to his manager about. Unsanitary conditions and it was unbelievable how they handled it. I would never recommend this place to anyone !

Health Department Closed Pool

Pool was shut down by state and not disclosed prior to booking. We booked property because it had a pool unlike other extended stay that offered full breakfast and king size bed at comparable price.

Canceled our booking as we were about to check-in.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked a room at this hotel and as I got off the exit to check in, I got a call at 4:16 PM stating that they were overbooked and that we no longer had a room. Juan (who worked at the front desk) called to let us know but was like "Oh we have a sister hotel in which YOU can call and reserve". We asked him if he could just move our reservation over and he said no. We hang up and book at Cabana Bay. He called about an hour later to inform us that he booked for us. We told him to cancel and we already found another hotel. The next morning I woke up to a charge from extended stay. It was a no-show fee! I called the hotel that morning and was told to call at a later time for manager. Later that day when we finally got in touch with a manager (Monica) who at first refused to give us her name. She stated that she needed to speak with Juan before she decided to refund us. However, she would not let us know when she would get back to us. I got in contact with Hotels.com and they were able to get us our refund. However, they also had a hard time dealing with this hotel. If it wasn't for them I do not think we would have received our refund. Our fun trip to Universal turned out to be so stressful because of Extended Stay. I would STAY far away from them. Plenty of other options in Orlando.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Hassle free

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was—we didn’t hear a thing and slept soundly. My 12-year-old and I stayed overnight while traveling, checking in after midnight and out at 11 a.m. No complaints—it was exactly what we needed at the perfect time.

Somewhat cheap and low-quality accommodation. Very poor wifi. Breakfast non-existing. Strong smell of the cleaning supplies in the hallway. Can be good to stay for one night but its "low budget" nature was too much in my face so I will probably not be coming back.

Rooms smelled really bad ! Roach ine the bathroom. And always people smoking weed outside it stinks all the time . Loud music at 6 am in the parking lot…. Terrible will never go back .

property needs updating. floor coming up in bathroom.no true breakfast offered. no amenties in room like coffee pot. terrible lighting in bathroom. the one plus was a large room and the queens were comfortable enough. lots of smells due to these rooms having kitchens. very overwhelming.

Sigh.. it got the job done

Once walking in , noticed how outdated it was and even though i do not wear shoes in houses or hotels . I felt dirty if i didn't. We had a kitchen stove fridge ect. In order to get cookware you needed walk to lobby to retrieve . They had no dish soap. No dishwasher tablets avaliable. In addition shower bracket was broke so the shower head/handle needed to be held at all times with barely any water pressure. One 1oz body was and a bare of soup . After cooking the first night the remaining 4 nights it always spelled like a an animal died . The fan above stove did not work .it absolutely wasnt cute. And to be bougie how do we not have a smart tv at this point . And floor was sucken in on one side of bed

There was a lot of loud noise coming from the room upstairs from ours. We called the front desk to complain and was told there wasn’t any thing that could be done until after 10pm. We asked to be moved to another room and that was denied at first then when we did get moved, the room smelled like raw sewage, there were no dishes or utensils available and the breakfast was a joke! I was embarrassed, we had our grandchildren with us and it was a nightmare. Never been so happy to check out of a hotel!
