Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is a no frills place. The young man who was working at the front desk (which was really a front table) was very friendly and helpful. He greeted us every time he saw us during our stay. On the flip side, there were a couple female employees who were using profanity out in the parking lot the morning we were leaving. They weren’t in a conflict….just having a conversation that included lots of colorful words. My husband also observed one of them sitting in the front lobby area on a chair with her legs drawn up to her chin saying “I should have just called out today. Not sure why I came in to work today”. Pretty unprofessional especially in front of hotel guests.

It was ver quiet and clean. We spent a lot of time away from the hotel at Frontier days but it was very convenient and easy drive to the fairgrounds. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Excellent bargain!

Everything was excellent. Check-in was easy and pleasant. Room was wonderful. Location was wonderful, near lots of shops, restaurants, and services. It was easy to get downtown. The 24-hour diner is cute, and...24-hours!

We needed to extend our stay by one day. Went to front desk and the person guaranteed us we didn’t need to sign they would just charge our card one additional day. The next day we went to run a few errands and get back to find were locked out of our room. The day person said they didn’t know who told us that. The person working your front last night. They said they had no other rooms and that are room has been booked. Very unhappy!!

I stayed in 3 properties that were Travel Lodge on my trip. I chose them because of the Wyndham name. They were run down, skimped on everything, and this one didn't even provide any breakfast foods. We ate at the diner where we checked in and out and they could have offered a discount.

The bedding and bathroom were clean but all in all a very bare bones room. No tissues, no coffee maker and the air conditioner was not working. I'm surprised Wyndham gave their name endorsement to this place, not up to what I would expect from a Wyndham facility.

When I arrived the parking lot was closed. I had to park on the street in front of a bar. I am a single older woman. Then I had to drag my suitcases up steps to a diner to check in,this is when I found out there is no elevator and I was on 2nd floor. Not happy. Then I was in my room about 930pm and heard someone put a key card in the door and it unlocked. I hurried to the door locked it and hollered it is occupied. I called the front desk an they said it was just staff checking to see what rooms were occupied. What the heck thats what a computer is for or at least knock!!!!! Room was clean. But no one cleaned it for the 5days I was there. Not even emptied the trash. The security doors to outside were never locked. I really did not feel safe. Staff was very nice!
