Julio made accommodations where needed, Marylou is a wonderful personality, and I loved Kayla at the rewards desk. Check-in was fairly smooth very nice receptionist, but the smoke smell was overwhelming. The hotel room was playing but clean. I wasn’t supplied blankets I had to call and ask for those shower was excellent with extremely hot water. Good hotel for passing through or a cheap night. I will stay again.
