The front desk people were so incredibly nice. The breakfast included some hot options which were wonderful and a pleasant surprise. The lobby is colorful and a delight. The place was clean and I felt safe.

When I made the reservation for the room, I specifically requested a handicap room, knowing that they are suppose to have a walk in shower of a roll in. Had neither one, I have a bad back and right knee hard to get into a tub shower. NO water pressure, there was a shower chair to put in the tub, would not fit like it is suppose too. ad t turn it sideways, still to long, had to use it, first time I have taken a shower sitting in a chair facing the bathroom. Also was under the impression that our room would be serviced every day. We had one towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth to last us for 3 nights or days. It took a genius to find the guide for the tv.one of the lights next to the bed did not work. Chain at the desk would not roll on the carpet squares on the floor. Receptacle were not located like they should have been according to the building codes. Entrance door from the hallway would not close by itself, no closer. the entrance door at the end of the corridor would not lock

The staff was wonderful. Grace greeted me promptly and friendly, got me checked in quickly and professionally. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of towels. The toilet, an elongated bowl, had a round toilet seat. It was about 3 inched smaller than the bowl, kinda goofy. The bathroom floor needed a good sweeping/mopping. Overall, a good stay, I would stay there again.

This place is a dump. Makes ot look inviting on line with colors. But carpet is dirty. Bathrooms are flithy. You hear the person in next room very clearly. I travel at least 20 weeks out of year. If you have any care about where you stay. Do not stay here

They have a decent breakfast every morning. The 2nd floor carpet is dirty, but they're putting new carpet in the rooms. Over all it's a really nice hotel.

The staff was great, but the hotel room doors were dented and had patches of a different color. There was a hypodermic needle in the parking lot. Most guests looked like they were on drugs. I always looked over my shoulder when returning to my room. The sheets, towels and pillows were nice.
