Needs improvement
Let me start off by saying that the staff here is very nice and friendly. However, now at check in, the management forces the staff to admonish the guest about the installation of new locks, and a ten dollar fee for lost key cards and fees for not returning the key to the front desk at check out instead of leaving it in the room. If keycards are forcing them to threaten penalties I can only imagine what would happen if they got the stains off of the carpet, fixed the torn furniture or addressed the leaky sinks and tubs.. This hotel is in need of basic care and necessary repairs. The condition of this hotel does not give the management the opportunity to be tacking on extra fees.
