The room smelled like a cat litter box, and we woke to water all over the floor from the fridge. We arrived late in the evening, after hours and it was a challenge getting in and out, with the key card incorrect and nobody at the front desk. The smell was the worst.

Quarto terrivelmente sujo, mal conservado, com mofo, em 4 dias matei 17 baratas, a noite elas andam pelo quarto todo, o carpete com uma mancha vermelha, não sei se era sangue, muito sujo, o vaso sanitário estava em péssimo estado, na hora do banho tinha um alagamento no banheiro, a água escorria da banheira, com relação ao café da manhã, inexistente, tem um muffin que fica na recepção e uma máquina de café que fiquei com medo de pegar um café, tamanha sujeira, os corredores, o elevador muito sujo, não recomendo a ninguém esses hotel.

The property and room was clean! Great budget hotel and room had a kitchen which was a bonus! It was easy to find and access interstate and it was right next to universal! If you stay here try Junior Columbia burger it’s Amazing, it’s like three min down the road. Lots of dogs at this accommodation as well and I loved to see that!! It made me feel very welcome and it made it feel like home

Property its just another hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and safe!! This type of hotel brings a different kind of clientele, but it's located by universal, it has a mixed crowd!! Some locals, some workers and tourist too!! I would say for tourist families they might not feel as comfortable like any other universal hotel
