Great central location, which in fortunately meant a lack of quiet during the night. On arrival, we were given four vouchers for redeeming at establishments in the complex. These afforded two free drinks at the tavern and two free drinks at cafe. The tavern also served great meals.

Staff very helpful, suggested upgrade to my room to be quieter and ground floor. Room clean but curtains need replacing. I slipped in the spa when taking a shower. Receptionist ordered a taxi to airport for me. I enjoyed the surrounding shopping and local markets.

Room not cleaned for the flour nights we were there. Cutlery consisted of 1 spoon. Cups were chipped. No tv controller in room. No soap, nor body cleaner. Bed light not working. Bathroom light flickered the whole time. Generally grubby. Sheets were nice and clean though!

Terrible place

Nothing to what the pictures look like. Booked a budget room, got something from the 80's. The tiles were cracked in the shower, there was no fan in the bathroom, mould on the ceiling, the kettle didnt fit in sink to fill with water, filled in the shower, no cut off switch on the kettle so it boiled dry. Walls were paper thin so the neighbours early morning shower was our wakeup call. Got charged $163 but Hotels.com say I paid $136.

I had to ask for towels as none were in the room. I was given 1 towel and a bathmat, only soap was from the dispenser at the bathroom sink, no milk provided, door onto shared balcony was unlocked and partially open. The latch is partially broken Was told as I only had a debit card they needed a $200 deposit as well. When I checked out they did not explain that the room was going to be checked by the cleaner before giving my deposit back. I had to ask what was going on.
