False advertisement

Very false advertisement nothing compared to the photos online. Room didn’t even have a microwave. No beach towels available even though we were charged a resort fee daily. The pool only gets cleaned once a week according to front desk. Horribl experience!

Hotel velho sem manutenção alguma,forro do saguão caindo por causa das goteiras, sem toalhas para usar na piscina/praia, lampadas queimadas, poeira tomando conta dos móveis, cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras quebradas, marquizes escoradas com vigas de aço, nem a piscina estava limpa em plena sexta-feira(fora a água vede tinham latas de cerveja dentro)e pra usar os quiosques na beira-mar cobram taxa de 20 dólares. Experiência terrível…

Not worth it,

Room had roaches, white towels had old stains. Location is good but not worth it. Many pool lounge chairs were broken, dont know why they still have them around the pool. Part of the building is collapsing. They charged $16 for resort fee per person I asked for pool towels was told housekeeping didn't bring them to the lobby, I wasnt expecting luxury, just a clean room and free of pest and mold. I told them my room had roaches, the receptionist offered me a different room, asked me to go check if it didn't have roaches because she never had a complain from that room but was not giving me what they call a kitchen wich is microwave and fridge. I told her when I book it said the room had those two. I only got a fridge had to throw away my leftovers that I needed to heat up. Staff is very aware of the issue. I only stay in the new room because it had better AC, you cant control it from the room. I STILL SAW A SMALL ROACH IN THE BATHROOM but i stay because it was late night and it didn't seem they were going to give me a refund. The resort fee is a ripoff is not a resort at all. My reservation said it was included a continental breakfast. It did not. I would have had a better experience staying in a motel or farther from the beach. This is my first review, I knew it wasnt a luxurious hotel but the pictures are misleading. Oh and one elevator is out of service and the other looks like soon will be, dont put your family through this.

Show de horrores... estacionamento USD 16/dia e Resort Fee de USD 20/dia que se paga no check in. Toalhas desgastadas e que não se cobre nem uma criança. Café da manhã continental oferecido, que te dá direito à duas fatias de pão, meio copo de suco e café. Hotel totalmente destruido. Péssimo dos péssimos. Hotel está todo remendado e cheio de hastes para suportar tetos e paredes.

Horrible service Horrible hotel checked out before end of stay. I lost my money but zi didn’t want to stay in this hotel for another minute. Waited 35 minutes at check in, not hot water at first, tv not working phone to cdd as ll front desk not working I asked for a refund and was denied.

This place was disgusting, worst place I have ever seen. If we hadn’t arrived at 2:00 a.m. I never would have stayed. The bed sheets were dirty in multiple rooms, the towel weren’t washed as they had boogers from someone blowing there nose. I’m disappointed a place like this made it on the Expedia website.
