The staff was good. However, we chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub and when we arrived after driving 9 hours we were informed that both were closed. We were not offered any compensations or suggestions to make up for the loss. Should be a way to alert potential guest of closures that could effect their stay.

Booked this hotel for the indoor pool. It was not working. They said we could use it but after informing us a pump was broken we decided not to risk catching something foreign in an improperly filtering pool. There were literally two cockroaches in our room. Lobby coffee was so cold the cheap powdered creamer they provided wouldn’t even dissolve in it. I have video of one of the cockroaches. I booked five rooms. I book 300+ rooms/year. Will never book at a La Quinta again. On the plus side, the woman at the front desk was fantastic. She should be managing that place, not the woman that became argumentative with me when I needed help because I’d been given the wrong room.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel last night. The room next to me were in the knockdown drag out fight scream, screaming, obscenities, and yelling, and until after one in the morning.. I went to the desk to complain and they did nothing. I knocked on the door and told him to shut the up that people are sleeping. I’ll because the sister wanted the brother to take her dog out to go to the bathroom! He said no it wasn’t his dog and they didn’t need to do that. I told him it doesn’t matter who takes the dog out, but it should be her since it’s her dog.. They kicked the brother out with a tiny blanket to go to sleep somewhere in the car or outside.. this made me even more mad because he was an innocent person in all this. I called the police and they never even showed up nor did the front desk. Do anything about it? I refuse to pay for this bill. I am speaking with the manager tomorrow. I got no sleep and I needed it badly. I couldn’t get through Colorado to the Cheyenne line because the winds were 100 miles an hour so I had to stop or be blown over. This situation was the second experience that was bad at this hotel I will never ever go back!

The staff is always pleasant and wanting to speak with you about your stay. The gentleman at the bar is very nice and is clean and cares about how he serves the food. Great music in that area. He makes the environment very friendly for folks to just get along from wherever they are traveling to and from. And he serves amazing drinks that aren’t to expensive

Room was nice and beds nice. Bathroom was out of shower gel and only had a little bit of toilet paper left with no more stocked. My main complaint is the kitchen. There was no soap or paper towels, utensils were all crusty and dirty, and there were half eaten bags of chips in the cabinets. 2 TINY trash cans were all that was provided. Room was so loud. Could hear every conversation next to our room and above our room. someone was smoking weed near us could smell it in the hallway. Kids loved the pool.

Taya was amazing at the front desk. Professional and went above and beyond. I extended my stay twice, mostly because of her assistance and customer service. The breakfast and the rest of the staff were also pleasant. The amenities were helpful and convenient. A little older hotel but the value was so worth it.

So the bed is like 28 inches from the heater and it is placed perfectly to puff cold air in your face and then hot air. It’s quite an unpleasant sleeping experience. The pool was not warm at all and the hot tub was greenish, smelly and had dirt/oil/grunge around edges.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. We had only two complaints. Housekeeping did not make sure we had hand soap and they don't put regular coffee in the rooms. You have to make a special request.

I called before booking to make sure the pool was in working order and I was told yes, this was a HUGE factor as to where we stay, we travel with a High School Cheer team and had a competition the following morning, we book rooms for the team to bond the night before and the pool is a big part of that! The pool was opened but the water was freezing cold so cold that our athletes couldn’t stay in the water and have fun, there was even a family there and said it was way to cold for their kids to enjoy! The tv in our room wouldn’t work it turned on but no channels would play and morning breakfast was to include biscuits and gravy we arrived at 9:35 and no biscuits the bun was empty but there were lots of gravy just no biscuits!
