Nice little breakfast. Pastries, fruit, yogurt, egg bites, coffee and juice. Definitely enough to fill your belly for a day of wine tasting. Parking is super easy. Walking distance to restaurants and the pier.

We had a great stay at this inn near the ocean in Santa Barbara. Great location, easy walk to beach and piers. Car pull in area made it easy to grab a Uber. Friendly helpful staff helped make our visit feel more personal than at a larger hotel. Special thanks to Lee, who helped us feel welcome. Nice happy hour with drinks, cheese and crackers, and cookies. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety including mini veggie egg soufflés, oatmeal, fruit, muffins/pastry/toast. It was clear that thought was put into all the offerings here, such as having peanut butter, jelly, and cream cheese. Our room felt more like a bedroom in a home or inn, rather than a hotel room. This meant that the style and layout of the room was not just a standard hotel room. It was very clean. I would stay there again next time I visit Santa Barbara.

The hotel is more of a motel, with most of the rooms facing the garden and parking. I was here for business and it happened to be during spring break. There were college students arriving late at night and being very loud. I had to call reception to ask them to go to their rooms. Turns out, the front desk closes at 11P and there is no one monitoring the property. Also, the walls are pretty thin, so I could hear my neighbors talking (unclear words, yet noise). And the lower level rooms do not get a lot of sun. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is nice enough for a hotel. I prefer the sister property, Brisas, but they're higher priced most nights.

My sister and I stayed here one night and enjoyed it. The location was close to the beach and we liked having a parking spot included. The staff was also very welcoming. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the rooms do have a smell. We were also able to hear neighbors through the walls and there were some ants in our room. Aside from that, we do not regret our stay there.

Great staff, easy check in, great location. Very easy walk to the beach. We got there early, our room wasn't ready so we walked across the street and borrowed two bikes from the sister hotel. Rode the bikes along the beach until it was time to check in. We had the junior suite and it's pretty much a full apartment. Happy hour is a sweet touch.
