Slightly unenthusiastic welcome, and a bit of an assault course to manhandle luggage to the room from the car park. On a more positive note the room was characterful and fine, breakfast was finer and the morning breakfast and front desk staff were fantastic. Overall good location and value in the Santa Fe visitor money pit

40th anniversary trip to Santa Fe. Inn on Alameda was fantastic. Super clean, incredible service, the grounds were beautiful, and the proximity to the best of Santa Fe just a 5 minute walk. 5 Stars for sure. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary here. They even gave us a bottle of wine to toast with. They worked with us to stay an extra day and didn't have to change rooms. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was amazing all the way down to the pillows. The full hot breakfast was fantastic every morning. The location is great to everything to do in the city plus they will shuttle you wherever you want to go. We couldn't ask for things to be better.

Loved the hotel- excellent location: one block from the street that has a ton of art shops, galleries, and restaurants; three minutes drive from historic downtown; around the corner from the farmers market. Room was large, comfortable, immaculate, as were the grounds. People were so friendly and helpful from the front desk to employees just walking by!Stayed there the last two days of our trip through NM, Utah, and Colorado- perfect ending to a fantastic vacation.

We had a very good experience at The Inn on the Alameda. Great complimentary breakfast starts at 7AM. Would’ve preferred earlier as we had early departure plans. Parking was easy and never had an issue finding a spot. The location is the real plus here. I’d definitely stay here again.

inn on alameda is a wonderful property with great bar/restaurant, full breakfast included; spacious comfy bed & soft sheets & pillows. very clean, well-appointed furnishings. the staff across the board were friendly, helpful and attentive.

Staff was friendly. Property was very convent to town square which had lots of good restaurants . Parking was free . Breakfast was free and had lots of choices (no bacon but good link sausage) . Had a hot tub which was hot but it always had leaves in it & Several of the jets weren’t working . We are older and went to ski & need a good hot tub at the end of the day. Decor was out of date but the rooms were comfortable & clean. No elevator in one the buildings so we had to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs. Will stay there again if we aren’t skiing . Really nice area and only a 5-10 min walk to shops and great food.

I liked that the location is easy walking distance to downtown, parking is free, breakfast was included and very good, the restaurant (Joe's Tequila Bar) was also good, the room was quiet.

Everything! The owner greated us on day one. The staff, the shuttle, the cleanliness, the breakfasts were amazing and the hot tub was nice and clean.. a great lication. They upgraded us with no cost and gave us a little late check out to accommodate our travels. The margaritas were greT too.
