Me and my family’s stay here was horrible!! There wasn’t many options for breakfast, the pool was out of commission, the AC in the lobby and hallways didn’t work, and they have an infestation of roaches. We found a bunch of little roaches all in our bathroom and when we notified the front desk Kim (front desk) said she would have someone come spray. When we got back to our room that same night we noticed nobody came to spray and nobody came for room service. We were out of rags, towels, and toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk for all of that then when we asked for it we were asked to bring all the dirty ones and they would replace them. The next day we found another roach that was bigger then the rest, so we again went to the front desk to about it and wanted a refund and that we were going to find another hotel to stay at. After we said that, Kim (front desk) said we wouldn’t be able to get a refund that she could just give us another room. That same night we moved to a different room that was on the 1st floor instead of the 2nd we found another roach crawling on the clock about to go into my daughter’s baby formula. Kim (front desk) was rude, disregarded everything we said, and doesn’t seem to care that yall have an infestation!! She treated to kick us out because we kept coming complaining about it because they were NOT doing another about it. Customer service is terrible!! Will NOT stay here or recommend for anyone. I will be contacting corporate.
