As I checked in the person ahead of me asked about the $100 deposit fee (which does seem steep compared to other hotels we have used) and the owner told him he "Didn't have to stay." and then it was repeated by the clerk. These comments made me feel UNWELCOMED and I had nothing to do with their exchange. After our first night in the room we noticed our feet were filthy from the floors. I asked that our room be mopped and we did notice the cleaning lady was diligent with her swiffer, but the floors were not clean after her efforts. There needs to be a time when soap and water are used to clean the dirt that does not appear after a light cleaning with a dust mop.

The pool was shut down by the Health Department, the tub had a dead bug, my room had Marijuana smell coming from the ajoining room. The other Hotel guests were load outside smoking right over my room. The noise was constant and my dog was growling most of the night. So much for getting the rest I needed.

Staff was helpful and nice. Clogged toilet they took care of right away. Room smelled, hair in the bed, on the floor, on the towels. Sketchy area is a motel not a hotel. Pool was closed by the state.

You definitely get what you pay for. As the sheets, tubs, and toilet was clean, the floor could’ve been mopped and disinfected as you walk right into the room from the parking. One particular day as well I left the “do not disturb” tag but it must have flew off because the maid service went in and left new towels. The pool was not in working condition as well. The best part was Mel’s Diner next door which had fabulous food.

Staff was nice There was literally only one hand towel in a room with two double beds (3 bath towels though) It's an old motel, truly in need of a remodel - very dated, caulking and "repainting" everywhere. The room was very dark and the bathroom counter was weirdly low. The muffins at breakfast had a very strong chemical taste but the yogurt was good and it was in the location we needed. The picture shown on this listing is definitely NOT this location.
