Stay away!

This hotel takes the price for no 1 in extremely poor service. And probably no 2 in poor cleanliness. Had I read the reviews prior I would never have booked. It’s clear that they have had issues with poor customer service, rudeness and a lack of cleanliness.

Don’t let the pictures fool you

Arrived to a room with a broken air conditioner. The staff said there was nothing they could do and to set it at 74, which was the lowest it could go, in the middle of Summer! There was no hot tub, it was nothing like the photos, don’t let the pictures fool you. Breakfast was dismal and staff were not friendly!

Majority of the staff was great, but I had a strange interaction with Tony at the desk, which really soured my whole trip. While I understand he was simply clarifying the hotel's pet policy, he was being - in my opinion - quite presumptuous and rude about the fact that I was in town for the Home Run Derby/All Star Game and needed to leave my pet while I attended. I provided my phone number and was absolutely prepared to return to the hotel if he began barking and carrying on to the point that the other guests complained, but he insisted that my dog shouldn't be left alone that long. Again, I understand he was attempting to explain their policy, but the assumption that I was mistreating my pup through neglect was extremely unwarranted and offensive. Also, on an unrelated note, the hotel's key system is woefully out of date. I had to receive multiple replacement keys for my room throughout my 2-night stay, largely because the keys were apparently wiped by proximity to my Apple Watch. I've never stayed at a hotel that had such a persistent issue with this. It was a $150 deposit that was never mentioned in reserving the room. The toilet wouldn’t flush and water and the sink wouldn’t go down. Ceiling look as if it was repaired with putty all over it. I overheard the breakfast lady tell a customer that asked her to refill water to use the water fountain because she was busy. I wanted water to but not out the fountain down the hall, but in the breakfast area.
