Despite the name and price, it is not a five-star hotel, far from it.
The room was very poorly cleaned at check-in and several things were broken in the room at check-in, including three lamps that were not fixed during the stay despite several reminders.
One night the fire alarm went off and when we got down to the reception it was just a mess and no information was given that it was a false alarm. No apology or compensation was given for a whole night's sleep being ruined.
The cleaning during the stay was very poor, the minibar was not refilled every day, nor were soaps that had run out refilled and nor were the water bottles that should be included every day refilled. Several of the days, despite the cleaning staff being in the room, the bath towels were not replaced, even though they were left on the floor. I then had to find the cleaning staff and get clean bath towels. A sign of functioning hotel cleaning is that there is no water standing in the cup for the toilet brush, but that was it. After complaining one of the evenings I got an extra cleaning but the room was still dirty in a way you shouldn't have in a hotel in this price range.
Check-out was stated to be 12:00 on the last day but at 11:00 they came and wanted to clean the room.
The room only had blackout curtains, not some thin curtains which are needed if you are going to be in the room when the sun is shining through the windows.
