Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable & fits the surroundings. Never used the restaurant facilities due to the high prices so took a quick drive to Sheldon where there’s loads of places to eat which works out way cheaper. Used pool once, area could do with a bit of a refresh and more sun loungers as spa guests hogged them so had nowhere to relax. Kyle, Srujana, Lucia & Ann are wonderful and need credit for their excellent service and friendliness. Was great to take a lovely night walk round the front of the hotel looking for nightlife with our infrared camera. Will definitely be staying again when visiting the area.

Hotel was stunning, had an amazing stay. Booked 3 rooms for a business visit and will def visit again. Unfortunately the spa experience wasn’t great for the money charged. Booked a 25 minute facial with head massage as mentioned on the description but no head massage was included. £59 for a 20 minute facial is definitely not worth it.

Nice entrance. Reasonable and at times lovely staff. I’m 37 and fell on the extremely unsafe shower tiles that have absolutely no stick (we have video proof) fractures one of the bones in my thumb. Staff at desk admit to poor safety compliance and apologised but manager was dismissive and unhelpful and offered no apology. No once. I’m not at all a health and safety nut but between this incident and the fact that dishes are left outside rooms for 24 hours and strange smells I wouldn’t be going back in a hurry

Clean room. Bed extremely uncomfortable and left with a bad back. Couldn’t have done another night. That’s apart from the very loud and late karaoke evening that was being held in the room next door (320) that kept everyone awake. Unusual pillows that don’t support at all and just collapsed! Asked for extra pillows but made no difference. Shower was too low for me. This makes washing your hair awkward when you’re bending forward to wash it rather than backwards like usual. It’s ok for me with short hair but my wife has long hair and she found this annoying. No sockets by the bed to change your phone. The people in charge should spend some time actually staying in their rooms to experience this for themselves. I wouldn’t have said anything but I kept being asked to feedback!

When we checked we were told we only got a 1 hour spa slot, which was disappointing but then when we went to book that slot we were told we couldn't use the spa due to full capacity. Very disappointed as we choose the hotel for the facilities

Wouldn’t return or recommend - we stayed somewhere close by the previous week (with a pool) for less money. We were a family of four sharing a room. Main issue was pool areas being dirty - changing room (ladies) was covered in dirty towels/ robes and slippers, on benches and floors. Floor was also dirty. Steam room had rubbish in. In communal corridors we saw lots of piles of dirty dishes, left from room service, that were not collected (from the time we checked in and still there over 5/6 hours later when we went to bed). Breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. Beds ok too. I did report the changing room and the staff member did say she would pass this on. But we would not return - our stay the previous week nearby in a H.I was much better for almost £60 less.
