good motel

For the price, it’s great!

For the price it’s amazing. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but on the inside it exceeded my expectations. Amazing location and comfy stay! Front desk was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Economical choice

Our check in was quick and friendly, and the owner was great. The room was clean, and tidy. Its fairy bare bones, 1 soap bar 1 roll of TP. The bed and pillows aren't very comfortable, but i would stay again. It was a great price, and a reasonable walking distance to downtown. Upside, the property had a really friendly cat.

For the price the room was fine, there was a bed, running water, and heat/ac-there was a microwave and small refrigerator as well. I like the hardwood floors, not a fan of carpet.

Lady at desk was nice. Male was very rude. Shower drain backs up and takes awhile to drain.

Our honest review.

The good: We were allowed to check in early, which was nice. The beds were comfortable. The woman at the check-in desk was nice. The bad: When we pulled in the lot, there was someone working on a car - with parts strewn about on the ground. There was no soap in the room - or cups. The water was warm only - no cold water. (We got back late from a concert, so it was too late to ask staff about these things.) No nightstand by beds. Red stains/spots on wall near bed. The bathroom door doesn’t close. There was a woman sitting a few doors down from our room on the second floor - for hours. (Kind of odd that staff wouldn’t ask her to leave.) Not trying to be mean here. Just giving input. The cost was not cheap, either.

Liked the fact it was with in walking distance of anything you need. We felt safe walking day time or night. It was not the fanciest motel but it served its purpose for what we needed. Would definitely stay again if we go back to that area.

Walking distance to major sports stadiums and cheap, with parking. Room was clean, but A/C was weak.

Got the job done

For what it is, it got the job done pretty well. It’s cheap, very close to dt, and an ok place to crash quickly. The bed was clean and comfortable, there were clean towels and hot water, and free cable tv. The AC worked great, and the minor water issue we had was resolved in no time. It sure beat the $400/night staying dt det.

Needs improvement but too old. Good customer service!

2/10 Poor

Will never stay here again. No desk no outlets by the bed no coffee maker a bit dusty in spots in my room. I’m in room seven by the way luckily it’s only for one night. Which means no places to eat at except sitting on the bed. No chair either.

Nice, cheap motel at a good distance from the downtown area. The motel room itself was clean and had a nice smell. Very solid for the price.

8/10 Very good

This hotel was very convenient to Little Caesars Arena. There is free parking at the hotel. The unit was clean, but unit needs updating with its bed linens. We had only one pillow and the quilt was on the light side. The unit had a microwave and a mini fridge. There was a coffee maker , but no coffee or glasses for the coffee. The tv didn’t work as it needed to be specifically programmed to get any stations and there were no instructions as to how to do it. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful in letting us know how to get to the arena. I would stay again for an overnight stay as it was reasonably priced.

Clean but rundown

The hotel is clean and the people are friendly! But it is rundown! It is in a prime location! We wanted to be in a place with walking distance and for one night! If I can get that deal somewhere else I would take it! But it is safe and I love the parking lot!
