Incredible in every way

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in and it is perfect for any couple looking to explore Tulum and the surrounding area. Firstly, and most importantly, the staff and the room were both incredible. The room surpassed my expectations from the photos and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant, it wasn't too far from the local shops and it was conveniently located close to some great restaurants. The pool was a perfect size for the number of guests, and being a boutique hotel with limited numbers of guests truly made the experience feel special. Tranquil and beautiful. I hope I get the opportunity to come here again!

Bien pour un tres court sejour

Bon séjour. Chambre spacieuse. Psicine sur rooftop bien. Les 45 dollars en plus de service fee me semblent exagérés pour trois nuits (15 par nuit) car il n y a rien qui justifie vraiment cela surtout quand le petit déjeuner ne commence qu à 7:30 et qu on part plus tôt.

It was quiet, beautiful, and small. It's one street off the main shopping area so it doesn't get too loud. However, there were a couple of roosters letting us know that it was 4:30am. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, lots of restaurants, food carts and convenience store nearby. Alex at the front desk was always helpful. The breakfast was lovely. Spacious and stylish accommodation with A/C. We spent a day at the beach club which was on a gorgeous private beach and enjoyed a romantic ocean-side dinner at Casa Maria.

Naturaleza en el centro de Tulum

El hotel es lo que se ve en las fotos, la decoración es muy bonita y la estancia cómoda. El buffet no es uno al uso, hay un jugo café o infusión y luego un plato a elegir caliente muy rico. Al hacer el check-in nos pidieron una cantidad en depósito que no se mencionaba en la reserva, al decir que no estaba en ningún lado.Al negarnos a entregarlo dijeron ok.

Uno dei più bei hotel dove ho soggiornato durante la mia vacanza in Messico. La camera stupenda, pulitissima, profumata e dotata di tutti i confort. Servizio di pulizia ottimo, ogni giorno trovavano la stanza pulita. Reception molto disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi informazione. Zona centrale tranquilla, nelle vicinanze si possono trovare molti foodtruck, ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e noleggi scooter, bici ecc. colazione buonissima e con ampia scelta. I did a solo trip and really enjoyed my stay. Conveniently located downtown/centre. The room was beautiful and had everything I need (no TV because of the layout but I didn’t need it). Breakfast was included and delicious everyday. The restaurant is currently closed outside of breakfast. Pool area is small but cute. The neighborhood is very, very local feeling. Lots of small spots to eat walking distance. I rented a bike from the front desk for two days, biked to gran cenote one day and to their sister property beach club (included in your stay) which was a nice vibe. I had to walk down a bit to the public beach to get into the water as the beach club’s beach is more rocky at the shore. Overall would definitely stay here again for the price and how helpful the staff was.
