We went for 5 nights fo our kids spring break, ages 13 and 15. We really enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean, staff was very helpful, housekeeping was on point every day. Breakfast was good. They had hot food and rotated meat between sausage patties, sausage links and Canadian bacon. The waffles are amazing. The indoor pool was great as was the hot tub, with the exception of one night in which the hot tub was actually cold. We will definitely stay again!

Room size was great for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable. If I could suggest anything, it would be to put extra hooks on the bathroom door to dry towels and bathing suits. Only downside was the front elevator was broken the whole time we were there, so there was a lot of walking to get to and from the room with only the back elevator in use. Location is perfect, close to everything in pigeon Forge. Overall it was a great stay for us, would stay here again.
