The mist magnificent hotel right on the waterfront and directly above the cruise terminal.
The staff have been brilliantly attentive and using the club lounge has been do comfortable and convenient.

Prince of a location, pauper of a hotel.
This hotel claims to be a 5 star venue. 5 star venues shouldn't have only two working elevators, especially when one of the primary draws is the location to the cruise ship port terminal. My family stayed at this hotel both the day before our cruise and the day we returned, which was a week. During that entire time only two of the four elevators to the rooms were working. My room was on the 16th floor once and the 14th floor the second night so stairs with luggage isn't really an option. The rooms were fine, though our first room had a bit of a musty smell, which again, 5 star hotels shouldn't ever have that issue. The breakfast restaurant is wildly over priced and serves flavorless food. Somehow they made bacon bland.
The location for cruise travelers can't be beaten but between the price and the elevators I can't recommend staying here unless you just want to tell people you have done so...

Most enjoyable stay.
Enjoyed Lunch in the Bar, meal big enough to share. Being able to use Pacific Lounge was Amazing. Plenty of choice and excellent service. Hotel right next to Cruise Ship so, no messing.

Stayed in the 'club' rooms on the top level, giving lounge access for a great breakfast/ afternoon hors d'oeuvres/ evening desserts selection. Room was well appointed cleaned regularly without interruption, and turn down service was provided. Our only knock was that only 2 elevators were operating, with them routinely arriving already packed full and leading to (very) long delays

Quality control inspector
Room was extremely filthy dust all over the windowsills dust on the lights dust on the counters. I had to come in and clean everything if I had a vacuum, I would’ve cleaned the floors too. Now for the bathroom, the bathroom had urine all over the toilet all over the floors and the counter was just a mess. I use a black light to check and I cleaned the entire bathroom and I had to scrub the tub before I took a shower. I did contact the front desk to let them know. I was very unpleased with the cleanliness of my room this is a very expensive hotel and I feel with the combinations of it being expensive. It should be in pristine cleanliness for all. I asked the front desk to have the manager call me on Monday because he was not in this weekend and that I would be in my room from 6 AM until checkout time. I’m leaving my room now and it is 12:30 PM. Never received a phone call from him or her as for the employees that work here. Excellent customer service one suggestion for the staff management when cruise ships come in and they port and they’re getting off. You should have more than two people at the front desk helping if people are on their break break should not be taken during the time the ships come in the priority of this hotel should be for cruisers who come into this hotel for convenience to get off a cruise ship and spend 25 minutes online waiting to check in is unjustified. My suggestion is quality control doing an inspection on every floor once a day would be advisable.
