Very nice property with lift. Clean, great stafc and daily cleaning and change of towels. Great selection of teas. Maybe worth to concider Italian coffee nachine at the reception which would be much better than instant coffee - more Italian. Itherwise exceptionally happy with the stay.

Well located near the train/bus station. Uber clean and well mai tai ed. Surrounding neighborhood is very good at the base of the trolly and short walk to the grand canal. Staff was night and welcoming, helpful. We arrived 30min prior to check in and they were able to hold bags until the room was ready (on time). Quiet location. Mini bar, fridge, coffee tea stand. Excellent bed and shower w plentiful hot water.

Overall a great stay. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean and the location is walkable. It’s about 5-10 mins to the main tourist area. They even have complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, which was a nice touch.

Close to the Train Centrale; a 10 min leisure walk. The room is very clean, staff was friendly, accommodating and communication was excellent through What’s App and detailed instructions for after hours operation was simple and straight forward.
