Hospedagem no geral foi muito boa, quarto limpo, amplo, organizado... Deixando a desejar somente em uma TV maior e mais moderna, Internet e TV a cabo estavam com instabilidade, mas nada que afetasse a experiência. Boa tarde! A minha experiência como hóspede do hotel Ilusion, foram boas. Mas, por outro lado o café da manhã deixou a desejar, não sei é porque é outra empresa que presta serviço, mas ficou a desejar. Exemplo; solicitei um omelete e tinha que ser pago por fora, "quem já se viu pagar uma omelete por fora!?"... Outra coisa, o café da manhã não fociona às 7 horas, a atraso, por tanto não faça compromisso as 7h30, você vai tomar um café que rápido. Ademais coisas dou uma nota "boa"!

Chegamos a noite, demos boa noite ao recepcionista e não respondeu, apenas, mecanicamente pediu o RG. Fomos ao estacionamento e lá tem um botão pra o portão abrir, não abriu, voltamos à recepção e aí o cidadão "percebeu" que iríamos entrar. Subimos ao 9° andar e os controles dos aparelhos de TV e a Cabo, não funcionavam, liguei na recepção pra alguém nos ajudar, chamava e ninguém atendia, várias vezes, descemos até à recepção, encontramos o rapaz, jogando no celular, reclamei da recepção a nós dispensada e falei dos controles, ele trocou as pilhas, mas, advinha, os aparelhos não funcionaram durante toda a estadia... MAS O PIOR ESTAVA por vir. Pequenas baratas voadoras, apareceram no banheiro e paredes, durante 3 dias seguidos, reclamamos na recepção, mas elas continuaram, inclusive subindo em nossas pernas, apesar da impecável arrumação do apartamento. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas é aberto ao público e isto causa um pouco de tumulto na hora de nós servir.

Hotel não fornece nenhum tipo de cobertor, nem uma colcha fina, apenas lençol, o que atrapalhou muito o conforto térmico para dormir, já que com o ar condicionado ligado ficava muito frio e com o ar desligado muito abafado. Além disso o isolamento acústico do prédio é bem ruim e tinha um pagode num bar proximo que ficou até 1h da manhã. Atendimento dos funcionários ok.

Excelente custo benefício, ambiente amplo e limpo, apenas de eu achar que precisa de uma limpeza no ar-condicionado, confortável, pelo preço é maravilhoso, porém fiquei no quarto 501 e o barulho da avenida(carros e motos) muito alto, como tenho certa dificuldade para durmir, foi ruim, porém o resto da minha família dormiu de boa, o café da manhã é melhor que muito hotéis 4 e 5 estrelas por aí... Super bem localizado....

Hotel Ilusion, pelo que vi, são flats onde tem alguns moradores, e o Ilusion Hotel detém alguns quartos. Ao lado tem um boteco com som ao vivo, incomodando demais na horas de dormir. Funcionários da recepção do hotel são totalmente mal educados. Café da manhã, aparenta ser terceirizado, e não do “hotel”, as funcionárias do café são totalmente despreparadas para atender os hóspedes. O café é razoável.

Tv deu problema e controle TB, lobby da recepção sema e condicionado, sem condições de aguardar transporte no local, toalhas em estado deplorável. Área da piscina escura à noite e café da manhã com reposição escassa e com mau humor da funcionária volante responsável por isso. O gerente indisponível no para reclamações e soluções. Um hotel caro para o que oferece.
