The hotel was extremely rundown. The swimming pool did not work so they had it shut down. It did not accommodate handicap people very well because the floor was torn up. Construction was around the location, but it did not look like they were doing an actual upgrade.. the hallway stunk and the lobby was super hot with no AC. The AC in our room did not work and there were holes in the walls. Overall, I would give this property a two star if even that. It was one of the more expensive properties to rent and we chose it because you get what you pay for but in this case, we did not get what we paid for. Breakfast was not that good because they ran out of biscuits and the family wanted the biscuits and gravy so they were left just with table scraps. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. As a matter of fact, they should refund my money.

The hotel was under construction and nothing in the listing said this or stated that the pool was out of service because of construction. That’s a big deal when you pick a hotel specifically with a pool. The floors are so bad it feels like people are stomping just by walking around. The bed is very hard and the AC unit was hanging out of the wall.

The hotel was stinky. The ed was uncomfortable. The maids came in only one day,took our dirty towels but did not leave any clean towels. We were there for 5 days. There was 4 of us in the room and when we let them know we needed towels they only gave us two.Horrible service and just not nice hotel would not stay here again

Great stay. Breakfast was out at 6:15am perfect for eating before going skiing. Hot tub was hot and provided towels. Beds were very comfortable and room temp for easy to adjust to our liking. We really liked the king suite with added living areas for all of our ski gear. Small frig for drinks and leftovers. Desk was also nice for setting up laptop. We ate at Simply Thai restaurant with in a close walking distance of hotel. So yummy.

Staff was excellent and very helpful in straightening out a reservation SNAFU. Then always greeted with an enthusiastic "hello" coming and going. Room was quiet and comfortable. There are on-going renovations on the 3rd floor however. Not very disruptive, but be aware. Special thanks to manager "Jasmine"!!

We stayed on a Friday night. Saturday morning at 820, we woke up to construction noise directly above us. It was very loud and obnoxious, we couldn't carry on a conversation or even watch the TV because the construction noise was too loud. It was not our intention to be up that early nor did the hotel give us any warning that there would be construction going on,on a Saturday morning. I totally understood the need to remodel, but they could have easily coordinated putting guests further away from the rooms they're remodeling. I would not stay here again, remodeling or not.

Property is stil under reconstruction and noises drifted down from construction on floor above. Automatic window shade would not open due to construction issues as well.
