The quality of the room was better than expected, though at 9 am after turning in my keys, and heading to a meeting for work I encountered an issue with my vehicle, and came back into the lobby to wait for approx an hour. Amy* at the front desk was extremely rude during a time I was vulnerable and even though it was acceptable for both my dog and I to enter the lobby during morning and breakfast hours for three consecutive days without any confrontation, all of a sudden since I had already turned in my keys during an emergency, I am not even allowed to sit in the air conditioned Lobby in the middle of July during a vehicular emergency. Extremely rude, and seemingly personally repulsive and vindictive behavior of front staff.
