Room was poorly cleaned and I could tell. Hair left in the sink, on the bed, in the shower. There were also crumbs on the floor which indicated to me that it hadn’t been vacuumed after the previous guest. I got in around 4:30 and kids started running up and down the halls around 9 PM for almost an hour. Unbelievably loud after a 10 and a half hour drive that day. The noise started again at 7 AM which was frustrating.

The staff was good, the room was nice, housekeeping needs to improve. We found panties on the floor with faucet in the sink is falling off, the sink don't drain right, the lamp stands all is covered in crud needs to be clean. Housekeeping needs to learn how to clean rooms, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom. How can housekeeping not pick a pair of panties up off the floor? And I assure you there wasn't ours. I stayed in a lot of Comfort Inns and the ball of my state in that one was the worst.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The first room they put us in had bed bugs on top of the blankets. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We went to the desk with the issue and they immediately moved us to a different room. The next room had a mold problem in the bathroom and a slight draft around the Heater/Air Conditioner unit. The faucet on the sink was not attached very well and always moved when we used it. The water that came out of the sink smelled funny when you start running water. The pool was not a fully heated pool. There was one water jet with warmish water.

Staff was rude. Signs in the room and around the building very passicr aggressive, there was pizza spilt in the stairs from 10pm-9am no one bothered to clean it staff just walked right by it. There was hair in the gravy at breakfast. Cleanliness was a 3 at best.

Room was clean but bathroom had molded caulk around the tub. Some corners in the bathroom were peeling at the ceiling. Bed was comfortable but pillows were hard. Buffet was good. Desk clerk made no eye contact, no greeting. No internet, call the desk downstairs no answer. Went downstairs told the clerk there was no internet he was very rude and said "I told her last name and room number". Showed him the tablet with the proper login. Said call the number on the sheet in the room. Call the first number no answer call the second number no answer. Last number registered as Utah first call I was hung up on, second call I waited three and a half minutes and then decided to hang up. Been to this hotel several times and loved it but it's really going downhill.

My problem was the number of outlets, plus the fact that things are plugged into a power strip that is hanging which is a hazard. There was only one light by the bed when there should have been two plus the the electrical outlet is behind the bed. Our room probably needs some attention.

The room was acceptable for a one night road trip stay. Clean bed and bath. Older hotel with some upgrades. Breakfast was good, however, no regular coffee available. Recent snowfall was not plowed from parking lot which meant you had to get creative when parking your car.
